1. Delivery Policy

• We deliver toys across Indore within 30 to 40 minutes from order confirmation.

• 7:00 PM may be delivered the next day.

• Delivery time may vary due to weather, traffic, or surge in orders.

2. Order & Payment

• Payment modes accepted: UPI  & CASH

• All prices shown are shown without inculding battiers.

• Orders placed after Orders confirmed via WhatsApp are treated as final.

3. Return & Refund Policy 

• No refunds are issued once the product has been delivered.

• No returns or exchanges unless the wrong product has been delivered.

• All toys are QC checked by the manufacturer and rechecked by our team before dispatch.

• Any product issue (e.g., damaged or wrong item) must be reported within 1 hour of delivery, along with unboxing video proof.

• No action will be taken if the product is opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

4. Cancellation Policy 

• Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order.

• Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

5. Liability 

• Product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting, packaging, or manufacturer design changes.

• Kiddora is not liable for any misuse, damage, or injury caused by the use of toys post-delivery.
  
  

6. WhatsApp Communication Consent

• By placing an order or messaging us via WhatsApp, you agree to receive order updates, promotional messages, and service-related communication from Kiddora.

• You may opt out anytime by messaging “STOP”.
  
  

7. Free Delivery Offer 

• Free delivery on orders above ₹1000 is valid only within 8 km of Robot Square, Indore.

• Eligible delivery areas include (but are not limited to):
  Vijay Nagar, Palasia, Khajrana, Bengali Square, Geeta Bhawan, Bhawarkuan, Mahalaxmi Nagar, Pipliyahana, LIG Colony, Saket Nagar, Scheme 54, Tilak Nagar, New Palasia.

• For addresses beyond 8 km, 50% of the standard delivery charge will apply.

• Our team will confirm your location and delivery charges (if any) before dispatch.

• Kiddora reserves the right to update serviceable zones and delivery charges at any time.
